The following items cannot be returned:

- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items returned after 14 days of delivery
📦 Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.
💵 Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at help@braventoo.com. We’ll make it right.
